Between Earth and Sky

– a remembrance of wholeness through words.
In this blog, I share my authentic writings that, like meditations, gently guide you into the depths of your inner world. Here, I invite you to explore your own truth, offering inspiration for a brighter life. Through these reflections, I awaken meaning, trust in life, and faith in oneself—both in me and in you.
These words are written for You and for Me.

About Me and My Experience

My name is Brigita, and at this point in life, I feel as though I’ve already lived at least three lifetimes. At 18, I spread my wings and left for London—to explore life more broadly. A few years later, I returned to Lithuania and settled in Vilnius.

Since my youth, I’ve carried a question deep within me: What is the meaning of life? And along with it—a profound, unshakable longing to find true love. Guided (and at times tormented) by these questions, I walked through life collecting all kinds of experiences. These led me to the path of yoga, to studies in philosophy, to creativity, and to learning how to live in flow.

I began integrating my experiences through writing and by guiding yoga sessions. Today, I feel I have something to share—about seeking, discovering, facing challenges, cultivating self-worth, love, pain, and joy.

The most essential answers came when I finally heard myself—when I saw unseen layers hidden beyond the physical. When I learned to look past suffering, pain, desires, apathy, and anxiety. I’m not talking about symptoms—I’m speaking about causes. You won’t find comfort or sugar-coating here—because those don’t heal. What heals is what’s essential and eternal.

I don’t teach how to live “correctly.” Instead, I speak about finding the path to your own inner sanctuary—where you already know what’s true and right. I speak about the place within us where truth and wisdom are born.

In this space, I share what flows through me—through words, yoga, breathwork, gatherings, and music. I do what makes my heart sing. I do what feels right. I follow my heart—and it leads me on the path meant for me. It's like walking hand-in-hand with the Creator.

I want each of us to remember this power within—and allow ourselves to use it. To empower ourselves to live out our true purpose.

Many of us today suffer from anxiety, chronic stress, exhaustion, burnout, ADHD, and other modern-day conditions. This is the illness of our time—one that leads to disconnection, alienation, and sometimes even schizophrenia or self-destruction.

It hurts to see this and to name it, yet I also understand: this too is part of our evolutionary journey. Each of us chooses—consciously or unconsciously, painfully or wisely—the path we take. Some of us move forward, toward growth and light. Others—toward destruction and deeper disconnection from the self.

That’s why I invite you to stop blaming—life, your parents, your environment, or a world that perhaps didn’t give you what you needed. Instead, I invite you to awaken the desire to live. To step out of destruction. To find meaning within yourself. To dare to live the way you’ve always known is right.

I invite you to seek, to know, and to believe—we can heal. From ignorance, from suffering, from meaninglessness.

This path—the path of seeing, the path of truth—may not be the easiest. But it is courageous. And it is real. That’s why I share what I’ve met and discovered along the way—perhaps it will become a source of support on your own journey.

LIFE YOGA

Here, I also share what I live and practice myself. What I’m learning, discovering along the way—through both light and shadow.
This is not a traditional yoga page. It’s where Western philosophy meets Eastern wisdom, where the grounded life of a creator intertwines with real experiences, the path with all its detours.

This space holds both my light-bearers and my shadows. The perfect merges with the imperfect.
All of it—is my LIFE YOGA.
